    Never been before but Nuno was great and had us standing within 5 minutes… loved the beach and desert island… now know the correct way to paddle and stand etc. faultless

    Top, definitely a must during a holiday in Portugal! It's soothing when you get a little more handy in it. Refreshing activity in hot weather! Apply waterproof sunscreen well!

    What to expect

    Come and discover the Douro River in a unique way with contact with nature. No previous Stand-up-Paddle experience is required. We will capture photographs along your journey. We will do a lesson of Stand Up Paddle and then tour in Douro river. Stand Up Paddle, for those who do not know Stand Up Paddle is a great exercise and provides enormous benefits for health and fitness. Besides being a great exercise it is also an activity that can be done in a group and also allows us to get to know amazing places in nature, being rivers or the sea.
