Brunch is served buffet-style and includes tossed salad, chicken and sausage gumbo, rice, grits, crescent city eggs, pain perdu (French toast,) turkey sausage patties, O'Brien potatoes, creole creamed spinach, croissants, fruit salad, bananas foster, vanilla ice cream, and white chocolate bread pudding.
