    The cruise itself was smooth and nice, however the room we stayed in had issues with a leaking shower. The food was okay, at times was repetitive and somewhat bland. The workers were fantastic at their jobs, but I did not necessarily appreciate the inappropriate looks and behaviors they had to my wife during this trip. Still, I do commend the work ethic they had.

    Being honest and fixing problems with room And not putting guests in rooms with drain issues Don’t except room 314 We were on this ship for one night when I took a shower I noticed that there were little black pieces of something on the shower stall When my wife flushed the toilet a whole bunch of black waste came out of the shower drain We called the front desk who sent up an assistant who than called a young man to clean up the shower stall Than several other man appeared with a vac who vac the drain and the whole shower stall filled with a horrible black sludge They wiped it up again and left after we said we would not stay in that room They offered us a room in the bottom of the boat and said it was the only room available When I asked the man who was cleaning up the mess if this happened before he said yes We slept in the room for the night since it was already 9:30pm but my wife did not take a shower We insisted that we be moved to a hotel that our group would eventually go to The next day management and our travel agent offered to pour bleach down the drain every hour We said no to that suggestion as it was acknowledging that there was a problem In addition we had been warned by 2 nurses in our group that we could be exposing ourselves to ecolli The next day the ship and our travel agent moved us to a hotel This is not a 5star boat

    The front desk staff is unfriendly, they rush you all the time, charge you up to the water, the internet is lousy, compared to other boats we've been to Nile don't have any customer service. On other boats we stayed after returning from excursions they waited for you with water or tea.

    The first highlight is the berth opposite the Luxor Temple. The second highlight was the floor-to-ceiling windows in the cabin, which only a few ships have. The cabins were functionally furnished and the bathroom had a large shower. No drinking water, but each person was given a small bottle of water for brushing their teeth every day. There was a television, but no German channels, even though a good half of the travelers were German or Austrian. The WiFi left a lot to be desired, even though it was supposed to be active everywhere on the ship. It mostly worked in the lobby. The food was great and varied, although we didn't eat any salads. The staff were very friendly.

    We were on the ship for a week at the end of October 23. The service on the ship is great, everyone is very attentive and friendly. The staff gets 5 stars. The worst thing is that there are no cold drinks, even the ice cubes weren't cooled properly. And as an all-inclusive guest you were treated worse with the drinks than if you paid. For example, the paying guest gets a can of Coke and the all-inclusive guest gets the Coke from the liter bottle, usually with little carbonation. 😳 Just a small example of how the management differentiates, in no way is this worthy of 5 stars. The fact that the ship is getting old and the cabins are very small has already been mentioned. An artificial lawn on the sun deck? That can be better if you take 5 stars seriously. So the price-performance ratio is not right at all. The food on the ship was very good, it could have been a bit more varied. The tour guide Moslam was a dream and it was a lot of fun. Definitely try to get him. He works freelance for Tui, among others, with whom we travelled as an organizer.
