I had the worst experience EVER. The company that hosted this activity is called Cactus Tours.
First, Cactus Tours told me I had an eighty-dollar balance after paying the $20 entrance fee. I told them the amount I prepaid and that I wasn't aware of any remaining balance. Cactus Tours said it was fine, but they were determined to get more money.
Second, they charged me $50 to bring my cell phone on the tour.
Third, I couldn’t participate in the ATV activity because there wasn't a helmet big enough for my head. Cactus Tours did not give me a refund but a measly $20 discount to bring my phone on the camel ride and an incident report to complete. I went on the camel ride since there was no hope of recovering any money I prepaid.
Fourth, after the camel ride, Cactus Tours charge $20 for one picture or $100 for all pictures taken by their photographers.
Fifth, Cactus Tours did not provide a meal or drinks that was advertised on this site.
So, I ended up paying $200 for a camel ride that costs $60 with other companies. Stay away from any activity by Next Experience Travel and Cactus Tours. You have been warned!
On a more positive note, I participated in a motorbike activity with Eco-Farm tour with Cabo Adventures the day before. I would recommend booking with Cabo Adventures.

"From the beginning, our experience with the Sunset Camel Ride and ATV Combo tour was exceptional. Transportation from our hotel, the RIU Palace Los Cabos, was on time, which is very appreciated when you have a whole day planned. Our guide, Antonio , was a true professional: kind, attentive and always ready to make our experience unforgettable, treating my family and me with exceptional treatment.
We had a small problem with the motorcycle that was initially assigned to us, since it was standard and I am not used to that type of transmission. However, the team was very understanding and quickly offered us an automatic bike, solving the problem instantly and allowing us to fully enjoy the ride.
The sunset views from the points we visited were simply incredible. It is one of those experiences that make you appreciate the natural beauty of Los Cabos in a unique way. In addition, our son greatly enjoyed the camel ride, something that will undoubtedly remain in our memory as one of the most special moments of the trip.
I highly recommend this tour to any family looking for a diverse and exciting experience in Los Cabos. It's a great way to combine adventure, nature and culture, all in one afternoon. Thank you to the entire team for making this day unforgettable!"

Perfect for All Ages!: We visited Cabo on the Carnival Firenze and chose this tour for our family of five.
