    Arriving in Carthagena, Colombia and enjoying some delicious drinks with walk along the bay is lovely to see the sunset, I recommend it 100!!

    Wonderful trip!! Nice comfortable boat with a lot of space (2 decks). Crew was friendly & helpful. Drinks from the open bar were served by the crew, so you didn't have to worry about spilling drinks on a rocking boat, even though the boat was very stable. Good music playing. I would highly recommend this trip.

    In the description of the tour, 2 complimentary beer or wine and one appetizer were to be included, which was not the case. When I asked for a beer, I was asked to pay for it. Appetizers were being sold as well. Thirty minutes prior to the end of the tour, a gentleman asked if I still wanted the beer and said that it was included. We were no longer interested in having a beer.

    We paid for the tour and just after we had paid they contacted us via whatsapp mentioning (quoted the text): “we had a little problem with the platform and at the time of receiving your reservation we had already sold out places for today” This happened on April 19. They committed to full refund (it was tour operator error). And to date contacted them to know about My refund and not me They respond.
