    If you catch a wave, you'll never want to get off! I came in afraid because I have trauma, but what you do at the beginning is therapy to see how you feel, the first few minutes a warm up outside and details and techniques of how to pass a wave and how to sit and stand. Let’s go inside and the guide always talks to you to generate more confidence (video recording) once you are calmer start the stop, when you stop for the rest of the fun. I have taken it several times because I have a long stay and every day you do not get satisfied, in my case it is. I must emphasize that the guides are always friendly and with good vibes. Thank you Milton, who was my guide.
