This has to be a must, just be warned it is a long walk over sand so hard work.
However when you are here , it is the best fun with the best views and experience.
just go and enjoy, we loved every moment even though knackered at end

Terrible communications from the tour provider. We moved the time to suit them and then They didn’t even turn up to pick us up in the end, if we knew they wouldn’t come, we could have planned something else in the time. It upset my daughter a lot and ruined her short stay in Morocco

If you have to chose to do just the one thing during your stay here then chose this! The experience did not disappoint (although the sunrise/sunset reference is misleading as we were offered a 9am or 4pm slot). We went as a family of 4 with two kids (10 & 11) and were well looked after by our guide who spent time showing us how to go down the dunes and offering to take plenty of pictures and videos of us. The scenery was amazing, golden sand dunes for miles. Be warned though, the trek up the dunes to get to the perfect boarding spot is hefty but well worth it.
