What to expect

During the cooking class you will learn how to make some of the dishes of the Surinamese cuisine. The chef will show you step by step how each dish is made. The dishes that you will learn how to make are: - Moksi Alesi: is an rice dish where you can add meat, fish, vegetables or peas to it - Pom: is made with pomtayer and chicken - Keksi: is an cake made of eggs and flour For the vegetarian we also have: - Her Heri: made with yuca, potatoes, plantains and sweet potatoes - Peanut soup: a thick peanut soup - Bojo: a cake with yuca and coconut ***Note: please choose between the vegetarian or regular menu.
