Meet at our desk at Höheweg 56, in front of Restaurant Schuh. Please meet us 10 minutes before your scheduled flight time. In the winter, (Nov - Mar) we meet indoors at our office at Alpenstrasse 2, this is just a 2 minute walk from our summer meeting point.

Guests must be physically fit and be able to run a few fast steps at take off.

If the weather doesn't look great leading up to your flight, please be patient with us and trust that we are committed to safety. Weather conditions can change quickly around here, so we usually make our final decision very close to the flight time. If we have any updates in advance, we’ll notify you as soon as a decision is made. If you don’t hear from us, please plan to fly as scheduled. We will do a final weather check at flight time in case of any sudden changes.
