Saint Aubin
Since 2003, this agricultural rum has been produced by the Saint-Aubin distillery, which until then had been growing sugar cane in the south of the island since 1819. And it is thanks to Jean Baptiste GUIMBEAU, established in Mauritius in 1793 and creator of the family business St Aubin in 1819, that this rum has been made for eight generations in Mauritius. Since then, the company has developed the sugar industry, then invested in the production of tea, agricultural rum, local products and ecological tourism.
