    Charley was an amazing guide! She made sure we were all safe and educated on our float. It truly felt like we were just hanging with a friend! Highly recommend!!

    This was a really lovely way to spend an afternoon. For starters, our guide Brennan was awesome. Super nice, answered all the questions and was professional the whole time. At one point he let us try to do the steering. I was woefully uncoordinated, but again, he was great getting us back on course. Loads of bald eagles was the majority of the animal life but also saw a lot of ducks, blue heron and a few yellow bellied marmots. Both my husband and I very much enjoyed our time on the river and would recommend this.

    From start to finish, this experience was excellent! This company is very organized and professional. We were in good hands with our float guide, Brennan, who gave us plenty of heads up for what to expect during different parts of the river. The commentary was informative but also respectful for those of us enjoying the peacefulness in nature. In addition to learning about the landscape around us, we saw mergansers, osprey, marmots, beavers and tons of bald eagles! Would absolutely recommend this float trip to everyone—bring your camera and binoculars!

    Snake River

    Our 13-Mile Scenic Float Trip is the best value in a scenic float trip in Jackson Hole. The bald eagle is king on this stretch of the river, among the finest habitats for our nation's symbol in the lower 48 states. Osprey and Pelicans compete for the native cutthroat trout as well, and moose, deer, and elk occasionally appear to take a drink or escape the summer heat. Children as young as 3 are welcome. You’ll enjoy the warm summer afternoon or cool morning in the beautiful surroundings of the Snake River. This 13 mile stretch of river is shallow and calm perfect for those age 3 and up. Round trip is from 3-3.5 hours with approximately 2 hours spent on the river. Private Rafts Available.

      WHAT TO WEAR & BRING: Dress in layers! Mountain weather is unpredictable. We recommend a light jacket or fleece, comfortable shoes (sneakers are fine), and sunglasses. You will mostly stay dry, but a stray splash is possible. Highly recommended: Binoculars for eagle spotting and a camera for the views!
