"The sole monument honoring the Shkodra victims of the communist government is the Site of Witness and Memory. This museum, which was created in the wake of the Cultural Revolution in 1967 in one of the main hubs of Communist persecution in Albania, tells the tale of those who suffered because of their moral principles and convictions. In the old Dega e Brendshme region, it has been reconstructed (local branches of the Ministry of Interiors)."

The Franciscan Church of Shkodr is a Franciscan church in Shkodr, Albania, that was completed in 1905. The Assembly of Gjuhadol was created in 1861 by Luigj iurçis, the Franciscan Bishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Shkodr-Pult. Father Tom Markoci began construction on the existing structure in 1875, and Father Gjan Pier Ferrari consecrated the grounds in 1878.

The mosque was designed by ARC Architectural Consultants[1] and built from 1994 to 1995 on the site of the old Fushë Çela Mosque, which was destroyed during the communist era, with funding from Saudi entrepreneur Sheikh Zamil Abdullah Al-Zamil.[2] It is named after Abu Bakr, the first Rashidun caliph. The inauguration was held on 27 October 1995, and the mosque was renovated in 2008.

The Marubi National Museum of Photography, often known as the Marubi Museum, is a museum in Shkodr, Albania. The heritage of the 'Photo-Studio Marubbi,' created in 1856 by Pietro Marubbi, an Italian painter and photographer who moved to and stayed in Shkodr at the time, is at the heart of the museum project. Until the early 1950s, when Geg Marubi was compelled to submit to communist collective anonymity, the studio's activities were controlled and enriched by three generations of photographers.

Shkodër History Museum
The Historical Museum of Shkodra has been open since 1947, and it was originally called as the "Folk Museum," but it was formed with all of its present components in 1949. It was in the heart of the city, in a huge 19th-century edifice, and its significance was enhanced by the nearby Clock Tower. The museum was first built because of gifts of historic Jesuit and Franciscan conference collections.
