    A couple of hours in Luca's home seeing the fine details for making delicious pasta and tiramisu. We then sat down to enjoy eating what we had made, with additional wine and jokes over lunch. Luca is a great host and we felt it was a very welcoming and enjoyable experience.

    Chef Luca welcomed us into his home and guided us through the hands on experience of making tiramisu, pasta, spinach ravioli, and fettuccini pomodoro. Luca is a natural teacher and host. We were a class of five that enjoyed every moment and finished the class in his dining room with the meal we had prepared. Luca graciously pampered us with Prosecco and wine to accompany the meal while at the same time enlightening us on the local restaurants and history.

    First I want to thank Luca and his wife, Marina for welcoming us into their home. It was a very nice experience to be invited to cook and eat in your home. When it comes to cooking lessons, we have had quite a few, this one I have to say will leave a forever lasting impression. Luca showed us how to properly make ravioli and fettuccine and for dessert a tiramisu all while keeping his kitchen impeccably clean. It gives to show you how important a clean kitchen is and to maintain cleanliness. This was some of the best pasta I have ever had and definitely the best tiramisu. But the cooking and eating our food that we made wasn’t even the best part about this. The best part was being able to enjoy this meal with Luca, Mariana, and his adorable daughter Erena. We can’t recommended this experience enough. You won’t regret booking with Luca.
