What to expect
First you will learn to connect to your own body through somatic techniques. Without a connection to yourself, you cannot connect to others. Then you will be taught different ways to connect to your partner physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. We will use breath, touch, movement and sound. Tantra incorporates the whole being when connecting to those around us. This can be a powerful and romantic experience for couples looking for a deeper connection. This may be the thing you need to light a spark that was lost, or turn that spark into a bonfire!
At the end of the workshop, we'll drink some tea provided by local teamakers and you will have time to ask any questions you have about mindfulness in relationships. Bringing a notebook and pen is useful so that you can take notes. I encourage all my students to practice at home.
