Overall an interesting interactive experience, could be better for the price. Pros: - lovely Christmas decorations - interesting concept Cons: - Mrs Bird talks too fast for the younger audience, my kids are 4 years old and occasionally struggled to understand what Mrs Bird is on about. Perhaps tailor the script since you charge so much for kids tickets - lack of staff interest We only found out after going homw that it was a photo opportunity with the train station at the beginning. There was no signage and no staff anouncement about it. Moreover, nobody ever told us not to wear anything green. My kids had green accessories and due to photo technology used, the photo with Paddington at the end of the show appeared weird, with missing body parts. I didnt spot this error until I got home, I requested a refund of the photo due to errors outside of my control and was ignored. It really leaves a bad feeling that I paid for a photo package and nobody pointed out my kids should remove green accessories to avoid compromising the photo. Just not recommend

So underwhelmed. Just an opportunity to take your money - the Marmalade party is literally £7.50 mulled wine, a paid photo op, a few white benches and other overpriced gimmicks - none of it is included. So you literally go through doing all this bs stuff to “help” the actors and end up being rushed through for nothing. The set isn’t even like the films, you gain NOTHING from coming along. The actors did their best but the staff on the stalls were giving stink eyes, no effort whatsoever. Staff upstairs couldn’t be arsed, screaming kids. Don’t come if your kids are older than 5-6 or younger than 1. Don’t come if you don’t have kids. This was meant to be a birthday celebration but have had more fun in a 30 minute Pret queue

We had the most magical time at the Paddington Experience. Our little boy had the best time doing all the activities. We had the travel to London especially for the occasion and it was absolutely worth it. The customer service was exceptional, all the team working there went above and beyond to create the lovely atmosphere and accommodate families with young children. We absolutely loved it. Thank you for making a value for money day out!!

Just like Paddington, you’ll begin your adventure in the hustle and bustle of Paddington Station where you’ll meet the friendly Station Master and hop aboard our full-sized train carriage! JOURNEY through the sights and sounds of London, all the way to the Brown’s house at No. 32 Windsor Gardens. Step inside the Brown’s famous tree adorned hallway and EXPLORE multiple rooms in their home. Then VENTURE beyond as you’re transported to the magical jungle of Peru! Finish by CELEBRATING the Marmalade Day Festival at Windsor Gardens with Paddington and his friends where you’ll DANCE, PLAY fairground games and EAT & DRINK festival treats – you can even try Paddington’s favourite Marmalade sandwich!
