The drive to Loch Ness is very picturesque taking you through rolling hills and farmland. Along the way you will have an opportunity to hear about the history of the area and find out a little more about your guide and their experiences of living in the Scottish Highlands.

Arrive at the 14th-century Urquhart Castle ruins, magnificently situated right on the edge of the loch it is one of the most photographed scenes in Scotland. Enjoy a video presentation and an optional audio tour plus your guide will be there to answer any questions. You'll have time to explore the ruins and enjoy the magnificent views over the loch.

Jacobite Loch Ness Cruises - Dochgarroch Lock

You will board the Jacobite rebel from Dochgarroch Locks for a 60-minute cruise on the world famous loch to Urquhart Castle. This is truly the best way to experience Loch Ness and the Great Glen. You will learn all about Nessie the Loch Ness Monster and hear about the history and geology of the fresh water lake. Loch Ness is surrounded by beautiful scenery and mountains so sit back, enjoy the views and have your camera out just in case Nessie pops up to say hello.
