It was a surprise outing for my wife for our anniversary. She was enamored with all the artifacts & forgotten history about the ship & that fateful night. The staff was excellent & extremely knowledgeable. We need more exhibitions like this all over the country! We would definitely recommend it to anyone who has an interest/fascination with history.

I did not go as I thought I was booking for the Titanic Exhibition in Melbourne not Orlando Florida. At no stage during the booking process did it state where I was booking. It was only when I tried to enter the exhibition in Melbourne that they informed me that it wasn't for their exhibition. As the error was done by Tripadvisor I expect a refund.

Everything was very interesting. I was very disappointed that they wouldnt let us take a photo of the grand staircase. I understand them wanting to earn $ taking photos of us on the staircase, I just wanted to a picture of the the staircase itself

The webpage doesn't specify the tickets were for Orlando USA. I am in Australia and couldn't refund my tickets as it says tickets are only refund 24h before the visit.

Sandra_D

Tickets were not purchased. I have sent an email and haven't heard a response. I clicked the back button once I noticed the time had already passed. This can be confirmed by the time stamp of the payment. The payment went through anyway. I would like a refund asap please.

Very informative, nice presentations. We learned a lot. I liked the little name cards we got at the entrance, nice touch. I expected more artefacts though.

AliceAnn_D

Loved the interaction with the tour guides and also the actors who played parts of the passengers. The knowledge of the tour guides were very impressive and explained the artifacts very well.

It was small but good but if your a big titanic fan, the titanic in Tennessee is amazing more stuff and lots of information on passengers. I give both a 👍🏻 up.

Debra_M

The actors playing characters who were on the ship. Also, learning more about the people who were on the ship.
