Dont waste your money. It's not clear until you book this that there is 1.) No cancelation at all, and 2.) It's a mark up of $30 (tickets are actually about $40 on the Warner Bros official site, not $72) to some 3rd party tour operator working through Viator. This tour operator does not answer messages or calls, and no one will meet you at the studio for a tour. It's just a money grab. You're paying extra for them to order your ticket, which you can do on the WB website.

Ok so the TLDR: Just book simply over the Warner Bros website as this is just a marked up reselling price without any additional value and the Studio itself is a great experience. Now the longer version for those who are still interested buying: - First of all you have to provide your data which will be stored for an other 3rd party the "organizer" who will actually use it to buy the tickets so nobody know where those end up. - There isn't any added value or benefit of buying it on Tripadvisor as there is NO cancellation option or any guide who will show up and help you out at the entrance or person to lead you through (probably you won't need it either as the employees speak English). - What you get is basically the cheapest entry option that you can also buy (eg: no additional audio book or souvenir guidebook) and nothing more so if you want it just spend half of it to gain access. - Not sure how this was recommended for me on basically the first place but so far if you haven't got the jest of it is a scam. - Last I got e-mails of my tickets 2 and a half hours late after check in (1 pm) luckily I was able to download the tickets prior. All in all just buy your ticket elsewhere and enjoy your trip.

For this trip at least you'll need 5 hours in my opinion because this is the whole world especially for Harry Potter lovers.

Amazing experience. Please do spare at least 4-5 hours for the entire trip to enjoy every section. Very friendly staff. A lot of variety in harry potter merch shop.

The Harry Potter studio is a pretty fascinating museum, with props made for the movie in display , the museum has a lot too see but too little interactive games, though some exhibits are movies that helps you understand how they made the movie to life. If you drink the butter beer, you can take away the butter beer plastic cup which adds an extra touch. There are three restaurants in the park, l ate at the food hall and choose the potato with sheep which is pretty nice.

Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo - The Making of Harry Potter

Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo is a brand new walk through entertainment facility where you can actually experience the behind the scenes production of the Harry Potter movie. In addition to the popular Hogwarts Great Hall, Diagon Alley, and the Hogwarts Express on the 9th and ¾ line, you can enjoy a number of amazing sets created by the world's best creators who actually worked on the movies. You can also enjoy a number of activities such as riding a broom, drinking a refreshing butterbeer, and becoming a moving portrait in the Hogwarts moving staircase area. In addition, there is a shop with a large selection of Studio Tour exclusive products. It is the first to open in Asia, and is the largest indoor Harry Potter facility in the world, and it can take about four hours to see the entire facility. Following the British Studio Tour London, Studio Tour Tokyo has a unique set that can only be seen here, which is one of its great attractions.
