Activities in the Xplor park are recommended for children over 5 years old (they must be accompanied by an adult at all times). NOTE: for the Zip Line activity a minimum height of 1.10 m and a minimum weight of 40 kg is required. -
All children below 12 years old will pay the child price. Children's of 12 years or over will pay the adult price.

If you a re a guest of the Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive, Playa del Carmen the park is located 15 minutes minutes away nexto to the hotel, guests need to go by themselves to the park main entrance, hotel conciergel always help to the customers to get to the park The boarding pass tour operator sends you a blank one and it is mandatory to print it. Remember that the white one is the correct one, not the green viator purchase receipt.

Xplor fuego How high is the Xplor zip line? 3.8km Each zipline line has a different height and speed, the highest is 45 m above the surface and you can descend up to 8 m underground to land at the end of the journey, closing this exciting activity in Xplor with a flourish. If you do both circuits, you will have traveled 3.8 km in total!

Xplor fuego park: The circumference capacity of the harnesses around the waist is 120 cm and 65 cm around each leg. The build of each visitor weighing more than 115 kilos (250 pounds) will be considered to determine if it is possible for them to carry out the activity (total or partial). We do not have harnesses on zip lines for women with extremely large builds in the torso and chest.
