The service from the masseurs was amazing, had a lovely massage and foot rub. Very friendly and kind ladies, checked up every now and then to see whether it was comfortable or not which was much appreciated. Couldn’t fault them at all.
The place however was very misleading and the opposite of luxury. Definitely not worth the price you pay. The towels are dirty, the robes and crusty and frayed, the flower petals are old and dying, the bathroom needs renovation, the refreshments are cheap and taste very processed - nothing fresh or tasty at all (see attached). On top of this, the main spa room was very basic, the only plus is the view but you can see this without paying 800RM+. You could get a much better luxury feel at a hotel spa for a cheaper/similar price. It’s not worth the price, even for the view.
We raised these issues with Anita who wasn’t very helpful. At first she offered us some massage oil as a means of saying sorry however after some pushing she managed to pay us back 50% of the cost despite initially saying she doesn’t accept refunds. During this she also shouted at one of the masseurs and blamed her for something right in front of us which we felt was very unjust and unprofessional as it seemed like she was shifting the blame. The issue we had was with the place itself and not the staff.
It just seems like a once-luxury spa that has been run down and is now cutting corners. Such a shame as this was a birthday present.

Outstanding couples spa experience with the most incredible views from the 67th floor of Komtar Tower. Anna was my therapist and Wal was my wife’s therapist and we both agreed they were of the highest quality. 2.5 hours of relaxation at the end of 48 hours of walking what seemed like every inch of Georgetown was the perfect antidote. Excellent.

Terrible experience we had. Paid 2 hours for scrub and massage but was shortchanged. The masseurs were unable to communicate Malay, English or Mandarin. Masseurs were also untrained. Will definitely not go back again.

First time here and I love the massage and the view! Superb customer service as well! Massage was at 67th floor and I was ushered up from 6th floor!

We were in a hurry to find a massage shop, but we were happy to go here. It has a very beautiful view. If you come to Penang, Malaysia, this is a must-go place. The massage here was enough to relieve all fatigue and the service was great. My two kids enjoyed their massages here. It is also suitable for children. This place where you can get a massage while looking at Penang is a must-visit place!
