    The vendor tells you to go to the fort railway to retrieve your ticket. When I went there, I didn’t have a reservation. After I paid for another ticket, he asked me why I asked for a refund. He then stated he sent me a e ticket and I didn’t need the paper ticket. I don’t like this confusion!!! You’re better off buying your ticket at the station. It’s around 5 dollars us not the 20 dollars this company charges for confusion!!!

    An exciting train ride and in less than 2 1/2 hours in Kandy. Past rice fields, lush green meadows and forests. The initially flat landscape became more and more hilly and the train struggled uphill through some tunnels towards Kandy. Can recommend this trip 100%. Please do not expect any comfort, despite express train it cannot be compared to an ICE.

    Okay so be prepared that the train could be late but once it comes you’ll enjoy the views of the countryside. Bring snacks and beverages to hold you over and enhance the experience. Don’t do first class since the windows don’t open. Be prepared to see waterfalls, tea plantations, workers and Mother Nature scenery at her best. It’s definitely a highlight to your trip. They have bathrooms on the train just bright your own toilet paper just incase and handi wipes if you’re going to eat. No matter what you’ll have a great time.

    I messed up on the dates and immediately contacted then to change the date and if closer I heard nothing back from anyone. Will absolutely never use this service again. It's ridiculous. I wad charged for a train trip i never got to go on. The worst!!

    The train going was the 'express', meaning it had minimal stops. The scenery was very enjoyable. The return was cancelled so we were an hour late leaving so it was dark with no views, stopped at every station imaginable and took nearly 4 tedious hours. No fun at all on the return.
