    Our flight was late coming in, I did contact the car service, they said "No Problem" they would follow the flights and would be there. Arrived, no driver, after a few calls the drive showed about an hour late, nice guy. A taxi would have saved me about an hour and about $70. I would never purchase this again.

    Unfortunately there was no one waiting for us when we arrived outside the terminal. Whilst we were looking for a contact number, we were called and they seemed surprised that we were waiting. Was told they would call back in 5 minutes. After 15 minutes we were called and had to ask how much longer it would be. Told at least 20 minutes. Since it would be almost an hour total after our requested time, we gave up and caught an Uber instead. Given how much it cost, I would expect the service to be exceptional. Requested a refund and won’t use again.

    Our flight was delayed and when we arrived there was no driver waiting for us. I had to call the company. They did send us a good driver who was very pleasant and did a good job getting us to our destination. However I think the communication could have been better within the company.
