The pick-up of the participants is at any accommodation address or private address only within the city of Puerto Varas. Outside the city you will have to pay an additional cost.

What to expect

Leaving early from Puerto Varas we head towards the foothills of the Osorno Volcano, heading towards the La Picada sector starting our journey at 700 meters with a progressive climb of 400 meters. We will travel around 13 km in total so it is advisable to wear comfortable footwear according to the volcanic terrain. On the ascent we can see part of the trees native to the area. After 45 minutes we begin our descent appreciating an excellent view of Cerro La Picada and Osorno Volcano, and as we also proceed to Lake Todos Los Santos and its surroundings. Once we arrive at our first stop the Mirador de La Picada, we will observe the Calbuco Volcano, Cerro Tronador, Puntiagudo and Sierra Santo Domingo. We continue descending to the Petrohue Sector where our route ends. We will return to Puerto Varas, this time, on the southern slope of the Osorno Volcano.
