    This was a fantastic tasting experience! Our tasting was led by Sylvia and she was so knowledgeable and friendly. We were new to trying agave spirits and only knew a bit about tequila. Sylvia made us laugh and feel comfortable identifying tasting notes and it wasn't an intimidating experience. This tasting made me appreciate the agave plant and the hard work that goes into creating these amazing spirits. I would highly recommend staying for another cocktail after the tour. We had the El Sazon, the Iku, and the Paloma. All three were amazing and the best cocktails we have ever had (and we've been to a lot of cocktail bars in a lot of countries).
