What to expect
The tour begins with a visit to Riga Panorama Observation deck at the so-called Stalin’s Birthday Cake building – one of few sites left from the Soviet times heritage in Riga. There is also plenty of time to see the Latvia National Opera, Parliament House and a medieval building complex “Three Brothers”.
