    My advice would be: don't book it! (I don't even know if it does exist as a tour!?) I booked it several days in advance and got confirmation of my booking via Viator - but when I got the final details the day before the tour was supposed to happen, no time was given as to when to be at the meeting point. So I sent several messages to the operator via Viator asking when I should be at the meeting point - I got no reply to any of them. I also tried to message the operator directly via the phone number on my ticket - and got the reply "you've got the wrong person"! I also then contacted Viator several times who said they would tell the operator the time I would prefer to meet. I went to the meeting point at this time and waited half an hour and then gave up. Viator have now contacted the operator and requested a refund (which I will now have to wait for). I would have fully understood if the operator had let me know the tour was cancelled, but to not let me know (so that I wasted a lot of precious time trying in vain to contact them, and then waiting in vain at the meeting point) is totally unacceptable!!

    What to expect

    Explore and Experience Kuching biggest Market where most of things are found under one roof. An opportunity to try typical local breakfast with locals. An hour drive to Kubah National Parks. Sign up upon arrival and gear up for the trek to Kubah waterfall. Lunch at waterfall then Proceed toward matang Wildlife centre via rayu trail for 3 hours trek. An opportunity to spot a wildlifes and observe the changes of forest habitats. Once we arrived at matang Wildlife centre, we will have sometimes to walk around the enclosure rehab loop for viewing a few animals was rescued and relocate into a small enclosure for further research. I hope you not disappointed with this Conservative conservation done by our State.i can't complain cause they won't listen. The advantage of having travelers like you visiting this place might encourage and support a better understanding in providing animal welfare and managing a successful wildlife conservation project. On the way back we can swing to Local Coconut Shakes Bar.
