Hatte einen Fiat 500 gemietet und wollte den in Lucca abholen. Vor Ort bei der Vermietung musste ich dann feststellen, dass niemand da war. Es gab nur eine Telefonnummer. Dort dann angerufen....um zu erfahren, dass der gebuchte Fiat nicht zur Verfügung steht.
Habe mich dann an Viator gewendet um zumindest die bereits bezahle Mietgebühr erstattet zu bekommen. Dort hieß es dann zuerst, ich hätte 24 Stunden vorher stornieren müssen 🙃 Es dauerte bis verstanden wurde, das nicht ich storniert hatte sondern der Autovermieter nicht in der Lage war, das gebuchte Auto zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Dazu war ein langes hin- und herschreiben notwendig.
Letztlich wurde mein Anliegen an den zentralen Kundenservice von Viator weitergeleitet. Und ich warte noch immer auf mein Geld welches ich für für die nicht geleistete Dienstleistung bereits entrichtet habe.
Es ist schon sehr ärgerlich, wenn man unverschuldet auf solch umständliche Art und Weise darum kämpfen muss, eine im Voraus geleistete Zahlung erstattet zu bekommen. Davon abgesehen, dass ein halber Urlaubstag durch die Anfahrt und Rückfahrt zum vereinbarten Übergabeort verloren gegangen ist.

E' stata un'esperienza bellissima direi indimenticabile! appena siamo arrivati al meeting point abbiamo potuto scegliere la 500 che preferivamo, erano tutte molto belle e perfettamente restaurate.
Ritorneremo sicuramente per provare altri itinerari a bordo di queste piccole auto d'epoca.
