Departure from your hotel in El Calafate around 10:00 a.m. to the imposing Perito Moreno Glacier, located in Los Glaciares National Park. During the journey, you will cross the Magellanic Peninsula, where you will have enough time to explore this fascinating natural ice formation. The tour begins with a walk through the park’s network of walkways, which stretches for 4 kilometers (2.5 miles). From different levels and viewpoints, you can admire the glacier from various perspectives, enjoying panoramic and unique views. You will have 3 hours to walk the walkways and, if you wish, you can take the opportunity to pause and have lunch, either with a picnic or at one of the nearby restaurants. Afterwards, you will embark on a boat ride of about 1 hour, approaching the imposing wall of the glacier. At the end of the tour, you will return to El Calafate by the same route, arriving in the city in the afternoon. No pickup is made for accommodations that do not have a reception. In this case, you will be given a meeting point close to your accommodation.
