What to expect

After tasting 5 Alsace wines and visiting our cellar with its century-old tuns, you can sit down at the table for the meal. You will enjoy a seasonal soup as a starter, followed by a vegetable quiche accompanied by raw vegetables, before a plate of cheeses, and a portion of kougelhopf and its biebelaskaas (Alsatian white cheese). You finish with coffee/tea. For children, a menu of snacks, vegetable chips, drinks and dessert is offered. You can also not register the children and they will choose a menu on the spot! Following the organic conversion of our estate, we have renovated our cellar and are taking advantage of this new setting to offer our future visitors a new activity: a film on our rather rich personal history, and on our work philosophy. All projected in the cellar, on century-old oak barrels at 180°, allowing the public to find themselves totally immersed in our history. A unique scenographic space in France. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E738_j7pwgA Alsace Tourism Trophy 2021 - France 2022 Wine Tourism Trophy
