At lunchtime you’ll have time to explore the famous, medieval village of Saint-Paul-de-Vence – a must-see destination when on the Côte d’Azur. In the afternoon we’ll be in Saint Jeannet, meeting a winemaker who has dedicated his life to preserving local, traditional wine-making methods in harmony with this exceptional environment.
