    Versalles was such a pleasant surprise and is a hidden gem. The foodie tour with Manny was amazing. I couldn’t tell you which spot was my favorite. They were all so unique and the food was decadent. Manny did a fantastic job showcasing every spot. It was a good amount of food and he did a great job filling us up!

    Our experience with the Spicy Vallarta Food Tour in the Versalles neighborhood was nothing short of amazing! Manny, our guide, was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and even sparked my interest in real estate there. The tour included five fantastic foodie stops, each offering unique and delicious dishes. Lamara’s paracas was a standout with its creative twist on ceviche, incorporating elote and peanuts – simply fantastic! Despite the hot and sticky weather, the walking was a welcome way to work off the food. Barbacow was another highlight, especially with their mouth-watering cheese crust. Learning a chimichurri recipe from Hamburg was a delightful surprise – it’s probably the tastiest chimichurri I’ve ever had. We also enjoyed two dessert stops, with Alu Aloo being a unique and unforgettable treat. Manny’s humor and engaging personality made the tour even more enjoyable. Overall, this tour was totally worth it, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta. Five stars all around!

    This was a great tour. Manny met us on time, and at the assigned location. We visited 6 different and unique eating venues, as we traversed the Versalles neighborhood. Manny was well known at each stop and we were provided with excellent service. He is knowledgeable about the food preparation and presentation , the restaurants of PV, and the history of the area and food. Our tastings included a variety of meat tacos, and shrimp, with different tortillas and toppings, ceviche, refreshing agua frescas at most stops, and an absolutely fabulous dessert. And each stop provided a whole portion, not just a taste. We were extremely happy and full. And at the end, we felt more confident and comfortable ordering our next Mexican meal, whether it be from a street vendor or a fancy restaurant. Manny’s tour is a must!!!!

    The tour was fantastic. Manuel and Kevin showed our group of 7 so many hidden gems. They were attentive and informative. We never felt rushed. We were offer more food at each stop. There was even some un planned stops. Manuel walked arm in arm with my 83 year old Mom to make sure she was safe while walking. It was well thought out and worth it. Thanks guys.

    I can't say enough about our wonderful experience with Manny & Spicy Vallarta. We toured 5 different Taco options in the Versalles neighborhood of Puerto Vallarta. All of the food was delicious! And Manny shared information & insights about ingredients, recipes, & culture. I would enthusiastically take one of the Spicy Vallarta Taco tours again on another visit to PV!
