My wife and I have never been to the Asheville area so we were looking for a person that knows the area and could give us a comprehensive guide to the diverse ecosystem in and around Asheville. Shuler was that person. We had a lovely time and got to experience all the diversity of the region. From stunning vistas to magnificent waterfalls, we got the exactly the day out that we were hoping for.

Two city sisters conquered the hiking trails of Asheville. Niko our tour guide was exceptionally accommodating from beginning to end. He was prepared with snacks, water, hiking sticks, and plenty of knowledge. He was even willing to let one of us sit in the front of the van, so not to succumb to car sickness on the windy mountain roads, and help one of us who was a little nervous on some of the more challenging paths. This trip exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it!!

The views were absolutely surreal, Niko(Nico) was very knowledgeable about the flora and fauna. It was a two part trip, first part consisted of hiking to multiple waterfalls and cumulated into jumping into a crystal clear swimming hole. Afterwards the group was driven up a mountain at around almost 5000ft of elevation for the most breathtaking views. Next time I visit Asheville I’ll be back for this same service, I will be bringing others with.

Great trip with numerous waterfalls. Would have been tuff to find those on your own. Tiff was amazing - pointing out wild mushrooms & plants. Great personality & a fun tour guide.

The one waterfall we went to was beautiful. There was too much time driving and not enough time hiking.

This was a first-rate tour! Our naturalist, Nico, showed us flora and fauna along the way, adding humor in the mix. The scenery was spectacular ( 2 waterfalls) and our tour companions were fun.

We had such a great time on our hiking tour. Jenny and Niko were very knowledgeable about the area. We learned about some of the plant life, saw a couple of different waterfalls, and took in some beautiful views. We had a 12 year old and 7 year old and they had no issues keeping up with the hike. We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to learn more about this region.

The trip was so great ! I met people I never would when met and hiked places I am sure I would not have found on my own. Shuller was knowledgeable and told us about Asheville, the forest, trees and bugs!!! It was amazing. I highly recommend taking a tour with a guide. I was skeptical at first and didn’t think it would be worth the money. It was well Worth the money and we enjoyed the whole thing start to finish!!!
