    Amazing trip, the staff were super friendly and the whale facts were so interesting. Took a while to see any whales and they were quite far away when we did see them but the crew suggested that we get back later to see more and eventually we had a spectacular show from a few whales right up to the boat. My 9 year old is so happy and says it's the highlight of his holiday. Fabulous memories.

    Great trip on the boat. Views of Gold Coast were amazing. Weather was perfect. Staff were very professional and courteous. Let us on early due to our disability. Then we saw the whales. Absolutely wonderful. Thank you.😃😃

    I’ve been twice with this company and wasn’t disappointed, friendly crew, lots of knowledge about the whales and passenger interactions. Free cup of coffee/ tea and bikkies on arrival . Boat was clean and comfortable.

    We were very fortunate to see some great whale action! Sensational! Rough trip out due to high winds & big swell but can’t blame anyone for this. Only one star deducted for very expensive drinks and limited food options on board. A pie/sausage roll small oven would be good …along with pre-made sandwiches. Just a suggestion.

    The crew's management was terrible. The day was not suitable for the excursion as there was a lot of swell. We saw some whales at a very far distance but not at all what we were sold. At the end of the trip many families were dissatisfied but the crew said they could not refund the money. I would not book with them again even if they were the only option on the Gold Coast.
