We missed the tour because we paid for hotel pick but pick up was somewhere else. Want a refund heard nothing from people concerned.

This is the worst service I have encountered problems with both trips and they ignore you when u ask for a refund would never use this site again

We were picked up, at the time stated, from our hotel by Karol, our driver and transported to a car park adjacent to the mine entrance. We were given full and concise instructions, by Karol, for meeting up after the guided tour. The tour is truly amazing but not recommended for people with mobility issues due to the numerous steps and walking once down the mine. Our guide, Dorothy, was good but the size of the party was probably too large. She had often commenced her talk before the back of the group had caught up and it was difficult to hear if you were to the rear of the party. At other times, where two groups were occupying the same area two guides were speaking at once and in different languages, which made it hard to hear the information. Following our visit we found our driver, Karol, where he said he would be. We were then transported safely back to our hotel.

Visit to salt mine. Easily booked in travel shop though could have been slightly cheaper online. Half hour drive. Plenty to see in salt mine and no climbing up stairs. Shop had good items to buy and cafe not too expensive.

Karol our driver was early to pick us up which suited us perfectly, he was also very friendly and chatty throughout the whole journey answering any questions we had about the city of Krakow or the trip. We had a great experience.

We especially booked a trip to the Salt Mines with an 11.45 hotel pick up, only for it to be changed to 7.20 the evening before. We were eating out and didn't see a message regarding the change and hence received a phone call at 7.20 am asking if we would be getting on the coach? Not only was the time changed but also the pickup location. We were going on the trip with friends who we were meeting mid morning. There was a reason for us booking 11.45 and no alternative was offered. As it was Easter weekend, there were no tickets available if we took alternative transport. Very disappointed not to go to the Salt Mines and still awaiting a response to a refund request.
