    Extremely disappointed with the Wild Jade Cavern ATV Tour. The entire experience was a mess from start to finish. Our group was split up, no helmets provided, which was alarming and the tour felt completely unorganized. We barely had any time to enjoy the beach, which was supposed to be a highlight. The Cenote was a long, exhausting walk, and when we finally got there, it was gross and disappointing.The "tequila tasting" was nothing more than a thinly-veiled sales pitch. We were promised pictures and video of the tour and they only took pictures of half the group, sent us a couple pictures and no video. Save your money and find a better tour elsewhere!

    We really enjoyed this tour! Alejandro was an excellent guide and really wanted to ensure that we all had a great time. He was kind, informative, friendly and took a lot of pride in his job. We loved zipping around in the ATVs to the Cenote and had a great time at the tequila tasting with Eduardo! Both Alejandro and Eduardo were so personable and made this tour a memorable one. Don’t be afraid of the “lower” number of reviews—Alejandro is just getting started but it won’t be long before everyone wants to book this tour! If you want a true taste of Cozumel, you will enjoy this tour!

    Great local tour, our tour guide Alejandro went above and beyond and showed us beautiful local places we otherwise would not have seen. Also the tequila tour at the end was great. Was advised on other places to go and explore as well while we were still in Cozumel. Really makes us want to visit again.

    This was our 3rd cruise but our first with Royal Caribbean and our first time to Cozumel. Booking this tour was easy and they were quite responsive with my queries. The meeting point was easy to find and our guide Alejandro was on time. He's a young local guy who truly loves his country and job and it shows. He also was very pleasant and easy going with our two kids (5 and 9). We loved the ATV ride and all the knowledge we learnt about the cenote and all the history on tequila. Thank you for showing us a great time! We would highly recommend this tour to others.
