    This was a wonderful experience. Emmanuel led us through five different wines with cheese pairings. He was well versed and gave wonderful explanations as we went. The value proposition here is very high. Great wines and cheeses, and the wine store itself is all you need to understand and enjoy the wines of Alsace. I highly recommended this experience; in Strasbourg there is none better!

Throughout your initiation our wine merchant is there to guide you in the order of tasting and pass on the few golden rules to imagine a shaping tray worthy of the largest tables to impress your guests! This moment of sharing in a warm and authentic setting is also the perfect opportunity to exchange around the aromatic profiles of the different wines.
