    What to expect

    We will begin with a tour of our facility (this is a winery that celebrated its 550th anniversary in 2023!), you will be able to walk through our vineyards, then we will take you to the different areas dedicated to wine production, including the underground cellars, you will be introduced to the history of the winery and our wines. We will also show you our collection of exceptional bottles: from 1973 to the present! After this tour of the winery, we will accompany you to the tasting room (or to our beautiful terrace, weather permitting) where a tasting of 4 of our wines will begin, specifically: Sparkling wine Brut Rosé, Gavignano Bianco Toscana IGT, Chianti Rufina DOCG, Chianti Rufina Riserva DOCG. Each wine will be carefully narrated, explaining aromas and pairings. In addition, it will be our pleasure to let you taste the oil we produce. At the end of this experience, if you wish, you can buy and have shipped what you have tasted.
