    Can’t recommend this enough. Sante, the sommelier, and the Assirelli family, the owners, were the best host, incredibly friendly and knowledgeable…Sante even dropped us off at Imola station after the event, which he didn’t need to do! As for the tasting, we had several glasses of cracking wine and a huge amount of delicious food. This would be a great thing to do even if the location was bad… but the location was beautiful and very suggesting! Make sure you book onto this tasting with your loved ones

    Organisation ist fantastic. If you have to rely on public transportation I recommend to take their offer for a private Transport from/to Imola or Castel San Pietro Terme. The sommelier Sante gave a very good overview about the wineyards, the cellar, the soil, the grapes and the history of the winery. The tasting was also phenomenal. You can tell, that they produce their wine by heart. Also the food complemented the wine very well. They also produce their own Olive oil. You will not be disappointed. Absolutely recommended.

    This was a wonderful experience! We got the chance to explore a family owned winery with a sommelier, and try multiple foods and wines with a small group. The hosts were friendly, knowledgeable, and the food and wine was incredible! They picked us up from the train station, so transportation was easy. We would recommend this tour to everyone!

    Great experience! We did a private tour and tasting with the sommelier, Sante. Beautiful property and an amazing tasting was well organized, with nice food pairing selections and numerous great wines. Generous in every regard. Sante was an exceptional host. He picked us up and dropped us off at the train station ! Thanks to Luca for organizing this for us ! Highly recommend !!

If the climate allows, you will initially have the opportunity to walk in the nearest and most representative vineyards. Afterwards you will have the opportunity to visit the winery, where seasonality could allow a taste of must or previews of wines directly from the tank. At the end of the visit, we will sit in the tasting room, heated by the fireplace lit in the winter months, or in the charming cellar, among the barriques illuminated by soft light. In every season, however, you will always find 7 different wines to taste, the best available at various times of the year or those that most intrigue you, which will be accompanied by selected quality cheeses, cold cuts of our production, piadina and our EVO oil. Throughout the experience we will give space to your questions and requests for further information, such as winemaking methodologies, olfactory perceptions or food-wine combinations. At the end you will receive a credit of 5€ for purchases.
