    It was entertaining enough for a family show. It wasn't too expensive and something different to do in Niagara. Theatre is a bit run down. Didn't purchase food based on past reviews. My gripe is that I paid more for Level 2 seats thinking it would have a better view and better seating. Level 2 were tables of 8 that were perpendicular to the stage with convention hall type seating. It was very difficult for the 3rd and 4th person sitting at the table to see the stage over the 1st & 2nd persons sitting at the table. Which was the case for us. Tables were also very close together. I had to practically lie my head down on the table in order to see. The servers should've seen my discomfort.

    We purchased tickets from Viator. The whole procedure worked well. We had 5th row seats in a booth. The show was entertaining and often amazing. Appetizers purchased were tasty. Free parking is a great benefit in Niagara Falls.

    As many businesses today fall short on customer service, Greg Frewin's staff is just the opposite. From the time we phoned the box office for tickets, to when we arrived, to the end of the show, the customer service was beyond and above what was expected. Lianne was our server, and we can't say enough about how well she treated us. The rest of the staff was also excellent. My daughter and myself were celebrating my Grandson's 7th birthday, and I am so glad this is how we chose to celebrate it. He is already asking to go back. We purchased the Buffet with our tickets, and were not sorry we did. We sat in the Orchestra seating, right up front, we felt like we were part of the show. The show was excellent!! It was perfect right down to the music, the music somehow matched each part of the show and was excellent. Greg is funny, friendly, and a real professional magician. He really interacts with the audience. Alexandra, Canada's Lady of magic will keep you spell bound. It's been three days since we have been there and we are still talking about it. I can't even begin to describe the feeling or experience we had that night. Thank You Greg and all the staff that made our night magical. If you ever get the chance to see this show, don't miss it. It not just a show, it's an experience. I know we can't wait to go back.
