Explore behind the scenes into our cellar, including the off-limit area where our barrels age the wine. Then, get ready for a commented Barrel Tasting of up to four of our top mono-varieties, guided by our experienced winemakers. Next, you'll dive into the art of blending, learning sensory evaluation skills and analyzing different grape varieties. With the guidance of our winemaker, you'll experiment with different combinations and proportions until you find your perfect unique blend. Once you've created your masterpiece, you'll have the opportunity to bottle it, label it, and seal it with cork yourself, adding a personal touch to your creation.
