    The park is excellent, loads to do there. We visited the aquarium, avery, butterfly pavilion, didn't manage to see the jaguars but did see a monkey and the horses. The show in the night was really good. Our only issue was the showers and changing area, there wasn't enough changing rooms and people were taking far too long.

    The trip didn’t include transfers to and from the park, unlike what was being offered at the resort by Lomas for the same cost. Whilst the Park was amazing I wouldn’t recommend buying this experience from TUI unless you want to spend more money on a private transfer.

    The park is massive, lots of activities to do and interesting exhibitions. The park is pricey so bare in mind, it is worth buying the plus ticket to get a free snorkeling and lunch. Food was very good and had lots to offer.

    Had a really good time but people need to be aware that once you have paid the entrance fees ( which in my opinion are quite expensive) you have to pay for everything once inside. I don’t really understand what the entrance fee gets you. The overall cost for our day was £700 and there was just 2 of us so be aware when booking

    An amazing park and experience, I think when booking through yourselves you need to explain where the park is to where the hotel you’re staying is as transfers aren’t included. The park is clean, easy to follow the only thing I would say to people is that there is 3 fresh water routes to follow not just 1.
