Family friendly, pet friendly, competitive pricing and so many events this summer! I can't say enough about this amazing resort. They have Exceeded expectations creating a resort that the whole family can enjoy.....they have standup paddle boards, trampolines, swing set, and waterslide with inflatable tubes for the kids. Ziplines, rock wall and beach volleyball for those a little older. And for the thrill seekers....a waterslide that sends you flying in the air, and an 80 foot diameter tarzan pendulum swing that will make anyone scream! Or shuttle the whole family up the river and float back to camp on a raft, tubes, or stand up paddle boards...or start a game of beach volleyball! At night, dance in the pavilion or watch the amazing fire dancers and fireworks every weekend! Tico Time is a must for locals looking for a fun summer activity for the family (day passes available) , or for anyone visiting the area.... tent camping and full hook up sites available. You won't regret your choice to stay at Tico Time.

Excellent experience! I can’t say enough about these guys, very professional and fun to be around. I felt safe and secure the whole time. Definitely an adrenaline rush, the pendulum swing was my favorite. I would highly recommend this company.

I loved the zip line! It was a great time! The tower was scary at first but once I jumped it got so much easier! Definitely recommend!

What to expect
After a 15 minute safety briefing and training customers will experience an extremely fun and unique adventure tour with the following activities:
i. Zipline across the Animas River over to Tico Tower
ii. 60’ climbing wall to the top of Tico Tower (stairs can also be taken instead)
iii. Leap of faith off our 60’ freefall jump (incredibly fun and extremely safe)
iv. An extremely fun and exhilarating 40’ Tarzan swing
v. A thrilling zipline back across the Animas River from top of our 60’ tower
Includes a Tico Time day pass 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM including all amazing amenities: 130’ waterslide, waterslide jump, Pond with complimentary paddleboards, Beach Volleyball Court/Pavilion, 18 hole Disc Golf Course, Sand Beaches
