My husband and I paid to go on the red route and feel completely ripped off. We paid €40 for our tickets on the bus mid route, as it’s a hop on and hop off service. We decided to get off after a of couple of stops and catch another bus later to finish the rest of the tour, only to be told when we got to Taormina that the bus we were on was changing to the green route (which is the God Father tour). We had to either get off and wait another hour for the red route to start again or pay another €40 to stay on the bus and do the green route! At no point when we were sold the tickets were we told that they change to different routes. We not only spent €40 to go a few stops but also wasted valuable holiday hours! Add to that the commentary on the bus kept cutting out so we didn’t even learn anything for the time we were on it! Rubbish service and rubbish communication!

Appalling company. Do not use. Disembarked ship in Toarmina and paid 20 Euro each to travel into town. Was told to get off the bus, wander through town and return to stop to travel up to castle at 11.30 am. Returned as instructed only to stand in the very hot sun for 90 minutes with the crowd building to catch the bus to the next destination. Decided to catch a local bus back to ship in case this company’s bus never came. For 1.90 euro each we got back to ship. Feel completely ripped off. If we had known we could have spent the wasted time browsing through the beautiful city. Please, please avoid at all costs.

Very disorganized. Not really a hop on hop off service. We were dropped at a bus terminal on the red line so we could catch the purple line. No purple line showed up. We were told buses come every half hour, which was false. No queueing for when buses did arrive. People just crammed to the doorway. Some waited over an hour to get on. Steep winding roads driven at a fast clip. I'm sure drivers are very experienced but riding with them is not for the faint of heart.

Terrible bus company. Buses aren't as frequent at they advertise. Left waiting for very long time. Also don't hand out headphones so no commentry as they advertise. Use the proper hop on and hop off buses as they are more frequent and not as busy plus they are cheaper.

We were looking forward to this bus trip. We arrived at Taormina and were told to get off the bus before it had finished the route,no questions asked. The woman was loud and rude. We were told to come back at 1pm for the return trip, which we did. The bus was full so we had to wait in the hot sun with no updates on when the next bus would arrive. After waiting for over 25 minutes we gave up and got a cab back to our ship. Not happy.
