    My group joined a tour and spent a lot of money to see France. This palace is worth more than the ticket money and time taken to visit. Its breathtaking gardens, stunning architecture, and fascinating historical significance, the Palace of Versailles is a must-see destination for anyone visiting France. The Hall of Mirrors, the King's Grand Apartments, and the Museum of the History of France are among the palace's most notable attractions. Be ready to have an entire day cut out to travel and enjoy.

    One of my favorite tours in Paris. Went with my son, easy to take the metro from Paris and then a quick walk to the palace. We went on a Saturday and it was crowded but having access to the gardens and fountains are what made the visit. Fountains are not always on, but try to work them in, they are stunning. We also rode bikes and did a short boat ride on the grounds. Made for a great day at the palace.

    Highly recommend this tour! We were admitted to the palace through a special group entrance and could skip the ticket line, which was very long even early in the morning. Our tour guide Barbara was excellent and very knowledgeable about the palace and French history. With the guided tour you get more context about all the amazing things you are seeing. After the guided tour was over, you could wander the palace on your own. During the summer season you need to pay extra to enter the garden, but that is also worth it since the gardens are extensive and beautiful. (You can buy tickets for the garden entrance at the same place you check in to meet your guide. Do this, because there is another line to buy that very same ticket at the garden entrance.) We walked through the gardens, but we saw some people renting golf carts to get around, which would be helpful if extensive walking is an issue for some people.

    The palace is obviously stunning and skipping the lines with the tour was great, but unfortunately Hao, our tour guide, left a lot to be desired. She rushed us through the tour, gave information much too quickly and was at times difficult to understand. She also did not really engage with us, or give us many opportunities to ask questions. When we spoke amongst ourselves to exclaim at how beautiful a piece of art was, or to talk about the tour, she told us to be quiet.
