The tour was informative and the guide was great. But it was quite crowded and difficult to maneuver. There was a 45 minute wait to get in the door, and long lines everywhere.

The tour was interesting but unfortunately the guide’s pronunciation of English could be improved. For example, she kept referring to Realators, but did not explain that this term referred to people supporting the French Revolution. There were other terms that we did not understand. She did explain when we had a chance to ask her at the end of the tour. Also, it was very crowded, so we had to walk through some parts very quickly

Couldn't access the tickets that I paid for and there was no one to reach for customer service. Paid close to $150 for tickets. So no, a terrible experience.

I signed up for a 10 and they pushed me to 19:15 saying I had to check in before (I qas in front of them 10 mins beforehand. They sold the trip based on no lines and we waited until 11;00 to get in. While i understand it might be crowded, but then don’t promise no lines. The worst part was that the guide was not poor. She started out asking who knew about King Louis 14 and 15 and then stopped with that question. She didn’t add any context. That was just a sample. I want to be understanding but it felt like she was ill prepared. The gardens were magnificent.

Melvin was our tour guide and he was great. He explained a lot throughout the rooms and it was very educational. It was great to have a guide throughout the palace and would definitely recommend if you are on time crunch.

The tour guide was good. It was total chaos though. Several groups were delayed due to an accident on the interstate. The security did not try to arrange entry based upon the group time.
