Queensferry Crossing
We will now venture out to South Queensferry to view the three bridges that connect us to the Kingdom of Fife. Rail Bridge was the first of the 3 bridges, built in 1890. Forth Road Bridge built in 1964 and was the fourth longest in the world at the time. Queensferry Crossing built in 2017 at 1.7 miles. It’s the longest three-tower cable-stayed bridge in the world
Rosslyn Chapel
Rosslyn Chapel, which was built by the St Clair's. This is one of the most beautiful chapels in Scotland where you can marvel at the architecture. Famous for featuring in the Da Vinci Code movie.

We'll walk through the Grassmarket to Victoria Street. With its unusual shape and collection of quirky shops, its often said to be the inspiration of Diagon Alley in the Harry Potter series. JK Rowling wrote most of the books while living here in Edinburgh and took inspiration from all around her.

Greyfriars Bobby is a very famous dog in Scotland. He was a Skye Terrier who became known in the 19th century for (as legend has it) spending 14 years guarding the grave of his owner, until his own death on 14 January 1872.

St Giles' Cathedral, or the High Kirk of Edinburgh, is a parish church of the Church of Scotland. The late Queen Elizabeth lay in state here. In the Cathedral you will find the Knights of the Thistle Chapel, the most high and noble order.
