We were massively disappointed with our visit to Hardrock Cafe NYC, we have visited Hardrocks all over the world as it is our teenagers favourite place. We arrived to be told there was an hours wait, which was fine we expected this, so we had a look around and waited in the seating area. We were shown to a high table even though there was plenty or regular tables available. Our table was directly in front of the DJ so it was very loud and we had little space. We placed our order with a waitress who was very uninterested and not friendly. Our food arrived and 3 out 4 meals were cold so we struggled to find any staff so that we could explain, we finally found someone and sent the food back. Our food was replaced but when it was returned the order was wrong so we had to send my sons meal back again. Our waitress was nowhere to be seen. Eventually she reappeared with our bill but just placed it down because she said she was leaving. This was our worst meal and experience during our weeks stay in New York.

Food and service both amazing. Drinks also amazing! Would go back! Really enjoyed our night there. The only thing was the drunk guy at the bar staff seemed to have no control he was dancing all over and running up to family’s who where trying to enjoy there night. He was shouting and singing extremely loud. Several complaints made but nothing actioned by bar staff. It didn’t bother us but did other people. Our night was still good!

The cocktails were lovely. The whole experience was made 10 times better by our server Charlie. Who was a great host!! He was extremely friendly and helpful and didn’t want us to leave!

Food was decent. Prices were high but typical for Times Square. Displays and decor were typical for a Hard Rock Cafe. It was a very average experience. Nothing was particularly great or noteworthy but nothing was bad either.

Service was really good. Food was probably the best we had in New York during our short visit. Really good options and high quality. Highly recommend booking in advance but we turned up and only waited 20 mins at the bar before we got a seat, around 5pm

We purchased the 2 course acoustic menu. When you arrive, you don't really have much of a choice...it's basically a burger or chicken burger with chips and a cold brownie (no choice for dessert). Burger was tasty, hence the 4 star rating if this is what you want. Not really sure if there is value in this deal as the burgers are $18 dollars anyway. Felt a bit rushed, the moment our burgers were finished, brownies arrived....(without us being asked)

Iconic HRC in Times Square and managed to walk in without a reservation. Pretty fun in there and food was decent. Service was a little slow and needed to keep going to the bar to get refills.

We decided to dine here in the afternoon after arriving in New York from Dublin. We were served by Janet who was lovely, the food was tasty and the atmosphere was great. Would definitely recommend and will return. Only downfall was the woman who showed us to our seat (from the feel of things, she hated her job).
