Hard Rock Cafe New York Times Square

Food was good as always. However the requirement to print tickets was extremely inconvenient for a tourist. The warning to print the tickets does not show in the app, only if the pdf link is clicked. We arrived at the restaurant without printed tickets and they had to email the restaurant manager for them to print the tickets on our behalf. A lot of hassle really. Also the actual savings is marginal if any, we should have gone straight to the restaurant instead of getting the voucher.

Well this was by far the biggest of all the forty hard rock venues we have visited. The amount of memorabilia on show was really breathtaking. The service was again second to none and we were really impressed on both our visits. The food was absolutely delicious with rather large portions and the prices about right for New York as was the prices for the drinks

BREAKFAST We struggled to find any information on Breakfast and the last review on here was from 2019 so it was a must for me to do this for future travelers! Great breakfast, buffet style but you order Waffles, French toast OR Pancakes with the server. Lovely food and a good selection for only $20(ish) each. Would 100% recommend and would ask management to shout about breakfast more. I will certainly be recommending. Thank you to everyone.

Being a big fan of Hard Rock Cafe, I was not gonna miss on it when visiting the US for the first time! We waited for one hour till we were seated eventually and we got the tightest seats in the house, asked the hostess if we can get a more comfortable place and she refused to negotiate it or ask for us if that is possible. We stayed on our table 30 minutes until the waitress came to take an order (all the tables around us came after us and got their order taken before our waitress showed up). When she eventually came, we ordered the pepperoni flat bread for my partner and the buffalo chicken sandwich for myself. I asked to replace the fried with vegetables, and she refused in a blunt and unprofessional way. I asked for it as an add-on (i will pay for it, although I shouldn't) and told her not to bring fries. 20 minutes later, the runner brought me pulled pork sandwich with fries! I told the runner I didn't order pulled pork! He tells the waitress and she comes storming our table saying "yes you ordered pulled pork" and she put the pork plate on the table as we have to eat it! Only when I told her "listen I dont eat pork, there is no way I could have ordered it" that she realised her mistake. She brought me later on the correct order, without any apology for her mistake nor her attitude. Although we had ordered a draft coke that should have free refill, she saw our cups were empty even before the food was served but never bothered to offer us a refill. Such a disappointing experience, especially that Hard Rock restaurant doesn't play rock music anymore. Never again

Portions are big. Food is tasty but both dishes came out cold. Manager came over and was rude about it. 1 meal was sent out and the other meal came 20 minutes later when my partner had finished his. Manager asked me what did she want me to do about it!!!! She ruined our evening and we would not go back there due to her attitude. She actually rolled her tongue and clicked her fingers.
