An excellent tour. Our guide Vanessa was incredibly informative and helpful, full of good humour and enthusiasm. The tour started outside viewing the external sculptures and structure of the museum, then moved inside to view installations on the first floor and pop art exhibitions on the third floor. We were free to re-enter the museum for the whole day so we left for lunch and returned to view exhibitions on second floor in the afternoon. Would definitely recommend.

We were told to meet guide in front of the big Dogg. We arrived 10 minutes early and never saw guide. We waited 15 minutes then contacted Viator bt their app. We went back and forth and were then told to go into the lobby and guide would come get us. We did that for 15 min and no guide. After total 45 minutes we left. We requested a refund and were rejected. Have used Viator for years but will never again and will advise all family and friends not to also! I would rate it 0 if that was an option!
