    This tour was supposed to be the pinnacle of our vacation. We were scheduled to be picked up at our hotel at 6AM. At 6:15AM we were still waiting. I called Viator who informed me the driver was running late and to give him 15 minutes. At 6:30AM still no driver and again we were told the drive was on the way. After a couple more calls I got the driver's name and number. Our call to him went to straight to voice mail. I called the tour company (Barbil) to no avail. They also said the drive was on the way. At 7:30AM, 1 hour and 30 minutes after the scheduled pick up time Barbil informed us the drive was not going to pick us, but they could have a substitute driver to us in 2 to 3 hours (the tour was already to take 14 hours to complete). At this point we cancelled our trip. All communications between us and Viator, and us and Barbil were initiated by us! Neither Viator nor Barbil reached out to us to help solve this issue. In the end we did receive a full refund, but our day was ruined.
