This full-day tour of the World Heritage Sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum begins with a pick up at your hotel in Naples Sorrento Positano Amalfi or Ravello stransfer by minivan to the ruins at Pompeii. On arriving in Pompeii you’ll have 2 hours to explore the ruins. After lunch the tour heads to Herculaneum where you’ll have the chance to explore the for 2 hours. It’s possible to observe the daily life of the population here in even more detail than in Pompeii, as the mud and volcanic debris that covered the city preserved the structures and artifacts of Herculaneum incredibly well. Please note that in this tour guide entrance fee and lunch not included. We can provide on request for English speaking guide and suggest winery or pizzeria for lunch.
