We could not go on this trip as Flight centre suffed up our trip Viatour were the only one that we could not obtain a refund for our tickets Never use Viatour use some other agent. Terrible service!!! Actually None.

Promised an English guide but it was Chinese and other language. And the main itinerary for Sovereign only 3 hours and throw in 2 places we were not even informed. Time management was poor. We supposed to meet 830am but end up delayed til 9am

Dopo un'ora di attesa al punto di riferimento, contattiamo l'agenzia e veniamo a sapere che per causa di un'incomprensione non era stato comunicato all'autista di fermarsi anche all'altro indirizzo. La gita è saltata. La cosa positiva è che l'agenzia ha provveduto a rimborsare tutte le spese.
